Laurent Koscielny has described the month of January as "a little war" for his side as they battle for a place in the Premier League top four.
The Gunners currently sit fifth in the top flight, four points behind fourth-placed Chelsea and five short of bitter rivals Tottenham in the race for Champions League qualification.
And the Frenchman believes the north London side will need to be at the top of their game if they are to keep up their challenge this month.
