Arsenal stricker Marouane Chamakh has joined West Ham United on loan till the end of season, the two Premier League club said on Friday.

Chamakh who joined Arsenal in 2010 for free from France club Bordeaux has found it hard to get a starting shirt in the stricking position of Arsenal.

The Morocco International who is 28 years scored 8 Premier League goals in 40 matches for Arsenal.

'' I am very happy to be in this club, I want to play, do my best for the team '' Chamakh said in West Ham's website '' I will make great headers, score great goals and the world will see ''.

Chamakh didn't just meet up with my expectation at Arsenal.Hope he suprises me at West Ham
