Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and directing the Nigeria Services business unit in order to effectively  provide BCX technologies, systems and processes to clients which will enable them to gain a competitive advantage. In addition, implement, maintain and support business processes in alignment with strategic business objectives of BCX Nigeria.

Main Duties:

•   Manage Contracts

•   Develop new business

•   Account Management

•   Manage Service Delivery Planning & Control

•   Manage Service Delivery

•   Compile And Manage Budgets

•   Enhance Client Relationships

•   Manage Human Resources

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Grade 12, NQF Level4,

•   Business related degree, NQF Level 6 and/or locally relevant

•   MBA is preferable

•   10 – 15 years' experience in the IT industry

•   5 – 10 years' experience at a management level

•   Business Acumen

•   ITC industry knowledge specific to data centres and services support

•   Financial Management

•   Forecasting And Interpretation

•   Analytical Thinking

•   Communication

•   Conceptualisation

•   Customer Excellence Orientation

•   Innovation

•   Insight

•   Negotiation

•   Visioning
