Job Description:
1. Observe and follow Health & Safety Rules and Policies at all times.
2. Receive customer orders in a courteous manner, preparing production schedules and delivery schedules for the following day in line with the plant's capacity.
3. Inform customers with regards to any potential delays or problems, ensuring the Plant Supervisor is also aware.
4. Communicate to all plant and site personnel, details of pouring, times and locations etc.
5. Complete all necessary reports & paperwork.
6. Enter correct mix design on batching computer along with Technical Supervisor.
7. Communicate with Pump Supervisor and Pump Operators with regards to site pouring schedules for following day's production.
8. Inform the Technical department the details of the next day's production schedule including sites, mixes etc. Maintain communication throughout the day.
9. Sign/approve all materials deliveries to plant location, ensuring that delivery drivers are wearing PPE and observing site rules, and that the goods have been fully received.
10. Ensure cash sale enquiries match Sales Department listing/costs. Ensuring cash is collected before delivery.
11. Manage stocks in line with following day's production. Keep stocks at maximum storage capacity.
