To be a strategic adviser to the business through the delivery of high quality advice in the area of Governance
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Advise the Bank on its approach to Corporate Governance across the business
- Working with legal members of the team to ensure that all business is conducted in accordance with statutory powers
- Manage decision making forums including Board committees
Years of Experience: 2 - 5
Other Requirements:
- Experience in the public sector or a regulated environment
- Legal Issues
- Governance procedures
- Banking industry
