Job Summary: - The ideal candidate will be a person with experience in general management. An individual, who is decisive, has a sense of urgency and result orientation – thereby delivering objectives and increasing performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
- Direct and coordinate activities of the business
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee
- Driving sustainable and continuous optimisation of the business system by embedding process management and lean thinking
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Qualifications and Requirements:- must have bsc,hnd,ond,
- A minimum of 1-3years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
