Job Title: Business Development Officer
Job Description:
- Lead the team of the Business Partners to adeptly advice and counsel managers on quality health maintenance, talent management, performance concerns and conflict resolution.
- Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities to the line (all divisions).
- Ensure the team works with the culture and engagement officer to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions.
- Phase & phase out SKUs.
- Activate consumer promotions.
- Train & develop trade personnel for technical selling.* Execute competition analysis and report findings.
- Push emerging categories & NPD products.
