Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

Company: a Manufacturing Company

Location: Abuja

Requirement:

•   Must have a good first degree from a recognized university.

•   With 3-5 years hands on experience.

•   He must be able to plan, schedule and manage itinerary for a Chief Executive.

•   He will be also required to attend business meetings and take minutes and write reports.

•   Experience in office management, secretarial and administrative functions will be an advantage.

•   Articulate, self motivated, diligent, organized and ability to work with minimum supervision.

•   Ability to learn quickly.

•   Ability to work round the clock.

•   Proficient inuse of computer applications/Microsoft packages.

•   Energetic, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

•   Between 25 – 30 years.

•   Single.

•   A holder of a British or American passport able to travel at short notice.

•   Excellent spoken English and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written business English.

•   Ability to speak another international language will be a plus.

•   Good interpersonal skills.

•   Possess a Nigerian driver's license.

•   Understands protocol of high integrity.

•   3 good referees.
