Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for our company. Being a new start up all before mentioned has to be newly implemented and developed.
General accountability:
1 Setting up HR policies, strategies in line with the ones the group is following and respecting local needs and particularities.
2 Compensation policy including benefits to be developed.
3 Recruiting of the whole staff and creating a structure that allows to reach set targets in both Sales and Production areas.
4 Creation of an efficient working environment.
5 Payroll management and control.
6 Sustain the Departmental Managers in creating, maintaining and developing an efficient and motivated organization.
7 Training and coaching programs with the aim to develop young talents inside the company.
8 Budgeting of staff and related costs.
9 Assist the Managing Director on human resources related issues.
10 Health and safety of work force.
11 Compliance to regulatory concerns regarding work force.
12 Industrial and Labor Relations
Experience Range Required: – At least 12-15 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG environment, out of which at least 4 years in a higher managerial position
Academic Background : – University degree in Business Administration or Master's degree – A deep knowledge of the labor market and labor law is required.
