Descriptions:
• The role holder's primary responsibility is to market our Client's products through Direct Sales Associates (DSAs).
• S/he will be expected to sign up, manage and maintain a minimum of 30 DSAs at any given time.
• The DSAs are to be attained within 3 months of being engaged.
Responsibilities:
• Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms;
• Recruitment, training and managing retail direct sales associates;
• Retention of customers and direct sales associates acquired;
• Negotiating with prospective customers and other parties.
Specifications:
• Must have a B. Sc or H.N.D in any discipline;
• Minimum of 3 – 4 years relevant work experience (FMCG, financial services etc);
• Must have sales leadership experience managing a team;
• Must have excellent negotiating skills.
