Our Client, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, seeks to Account Managers for its B2B operation in Lagos.
Job Purpose: – To provide professional account management to B2B accounts as part of the B2B sales strategy and plan that will deliver shareholders' value. – To manage B2B sales based on an agreed pipeline management and best practices – To meet monthly targets for revenues, profitability and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities: – Responsible for developing and executing initiatives to increase market share in the B2B Market space by offering customized/tailor-made solutions that meet their business needs: – Responsible for ensuring monthly/quarterly/yearly targets are achieved – Responsible for driving sales of the company's business optimized products and solutions through current distribution network – Responsible for providing in-depth expertise for products and solutions sell-out through the B2B channel – Responsible for ensuring B2B requirements are met in terms of product specification and packaging.
Key Competencies: – Must be familiar with complex solution sales cycle management – Must possess creative selling skills, exceptional planning and reporting skills – Must possess strong leadership, team interaction and support skills – Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Must possess the right work attitude and be result-oriented – Must possess the ability to develop and maintain relationship with customers – Must possess good consultation, co-ordination and organizational skills – Must possess excellent conceptual thinking and problem solving skills – Must be a strategic thinker and possess good business negotiation skills
Qualification & Experience: – Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or any other degree in management/social sciences – Must have a minimum of 6 years post-graduation experience in Mobile/Telecom, Banking industry with a minimum of two (2) of those years in a similar position – Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
