Job Description:
• The successful candidate is to be the Chief Sales and Chief Customer Officer, MANAGING, LEADING AND DIRECTING a team of Regional Sales Managers, Medical Representatives and Product Manager/Marketing Support staff to DELIVER corporate sales and market objectives
• A key plank of his responsibility is Business Development both within the Trade and Institutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• B Pharm. An MBA is a definite advantage
• 15 years in the industry, the last 3 must be as head of Sales/Marketing. Senior Regional Managers(minimum of 5yrs as a Sales Manager) with experience in at least 2 geopolitical zones may also apply
• Proven track record of performance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and design processes and policies
• Demonstrable knowledge of Pan-Nigeria Pharmaceutical distribution network
