ERASMUS MUNDUS
ERASMUS MUNDUS scholarships are available for applicants of exceptional merit from "third countries" and European Union. Following the values of the scholarships:
Cat A:
total :48000 EUR
monthly instalments 24 x 1000 EUR
travel cost annual instalments 2 x 4000 EUR
participation fee 16000 EUR
Cat B:
total 18000 EUR
monthly instalments 24 x 500 EUR
participation fee 6000 EUR
Fees:
The fees for students with Erasmus Mundus scholarship category A is 8000 EUR per year. For students without an Eramus Mundus scholarships and for students with an Erasmus Mundus scholarship category b the participation is 3000 per year.The fees contain all local administrative expenses for the students, local tuition, and health insurances. All students are insured automatically according to the minimum European requirements for health insurance. For reasons of simplicity of administration, all fees have to be paid to the Universidade de Aveiro, regardless where the student wishes to start.
