GRID Consulting Limited is currently recruiting for the following position for (SuNMaP) Support to National Malaria Programme:
Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Abuja.
SuNMaP is a £50 million five year (2008-2013) project funded by DFID. It operates through a comprehensive malaria control approach by providing technical support to the National Malaria Control Programme (NMCP) in strengthening the delivery of the existing malaria control mechanism through engagements with the commercial sector. This approach is aimed at providing a long lasting solution to the problem of malaria in Nigeria.
The programme is jointly managed by a consortium of three core partners and other implementing partners. The core Partners include Malaria Consortium - UK, Health Partners International (HPI) UK and GRID.
Tasks:
• This job holder will reside in the Abuja office of the programme.
• S/he will be actively responsible for co-ordinating and managing all administrative, logistics and office assets in all operating states in the programme.
• S/he will ensure all programme offices adhere to laid down policies and procedures to maintain an effective and efficient flow of programme activities at all locations.
Qualification:
• A Bachelor's degree in any Business Administration or Social Sciences with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a related role.
• Additional skills required include; excellent bargaining power, communication, inter-personal, planning and analytical skills.
• Previous work experience in a donor funding environment with Master's in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Terms of Employment:
The appointment is for a contract term of two years, with an initial six months probationary period. SuNt-1aP offers highly competitive salary packages. Local terms and conditions are applicable.
