RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruiting for sales and development LOBs across ECEMEA
• Co-coordinating all recruitment sourcing including advertising,employee referrals and personal networking
• Drive use of web 2.0 methods to achieve best practice (Facebook, Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn, Boolean Search etc)
• Educate managers to implement best recruitment practice
• Oversee the recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance
• Maintain an uptodate knowledge and awareness of the external marketplace
• Operate in line with the regions processes, policies and procedures
• Representing recruitment function at senior levels within Oracle
• Owning and managing relationships with advertising agencies and contribute to Oracle's employer brand.
• Provide guidance on the recruitment process and any relevant employment legislation at a senior level for all Lines of Business (LOB's)
• Utilising proactive Executive Search methods to source skills/candidates
• Consistently meet the targets set out in the EMEA Recruitment Compensation Plan
• Flexibility to work cross LOB as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Sales Accumen
• Knowledge of Oracle products
• Fluency in English is a must
• French or Portuguese is preferable
• ECEMEA market knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
• Proven ability to build relationships across international/organisational boundaries
• Innovative approach to problem solving

Brief Description: Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle*s top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.
Detailed Description: As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle*s iRecruitment web tool.
Job Requirements: Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 5 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.
