• Etc. Position Summary We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager forthe North Africa Cluster of countries, covering all of North, East, West andCentral Africa based in Cairo. The Project Manager is reporting to theConsulting Delivery Leader for North Africa Cluster as well as to the ProjectManager Leader for the same cluster. Responsibilities
• Successful and responsible leadership of Oracle CRM , ERP ImplementationProjects as well as technology projects
• No direct reports, but leads a team of Consultants on client projects.
• Have full responsibility of the project financials as well as the projectP&L responsibility.
• Working as required with designated Oracle Partners and third parties.
• Develop detailed project Work plan and report project progress
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review ProjectDeliverable and ensure adhering to Oracle delivery Methodology
• Producing Project Plans including detailed estimates, work plan, qualityplan, key deliverable, required resources, risks, issues and dependenciesaccording to Oracle's quality standards. • Ensuring and promoting contractualcompliance within own area of responsibility.
• Managing the implementation of the Project Plan.
• Assigning work packages to Project Team members, ensuring their buy-in byeffectively leveraging their skills. • Managing day-to-day operational aspectsof the project assigned to him and scope:
Providing technical direction and support to the Project Team
Monitoring progress and cost against the Project Plan (including detailed timesheet tracking)
Assessing the impact of changes to the plan
Managing issues and risks within the scope of work, escalating as appropriate
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion • Professional Support ofSales related activities on Project Management Level.
• Producing regular and accurate progress reports for the Client and Oraclepractice management.
• Ensuring clients are satisfied with the delivered work.
• Generate Closure Reports and ensure receipt of Acceptance Certificate(s).
• Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Representation of Oracles culture, vision and values Qualifications
• Education level/Qualifications: University degree in relevant field
• 10 years experience in IT Consulting and 5 years Project Managementexperiences
• Valid Industry acknowledged PM certification (e.g. PMI) will be taken intoaccount
• ERP Solution Architecture experience would be a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven successfuldelivery of fixed price projects greater than 1 M€
• Proven team leading track record including large project teams Presales andproposal management experiences for several proposals • Willingness and abilityto travel and work onsite at customer location for up to 100% and during >6month assignments. • High affinity to current and future trends in the area ofEnterprise Software
• Proven experience with modern delivery models (on premise, on demand)
• Proven project management experience in large scale off- and near shoredelivery models
• Functional background of at least one major Oracle Application, provenknowledge overview of Oracle's Applications portfolio
• Experience with Subcontractor Management including efficient subcontractorcontract negotiations, cost control and delivery management • High level ofcustomer focus and sense of responsibility

Brief Description:
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Detailed Description: Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Job Requirements: Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimens.
