Job Description:
To fulfil a senior consulting role within the Banking and Financial Services consulting team at Genesis Analytics which includes:
• Identifying potential new business opportunities and securing new clients
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Preparing and delivering presentations to clients
• Leading and participating in consulting teams advising clients on:
• Corporate and Business Banking Strategy
• Retail Banking Strategy and Value Proposition Development
• Payments
• Insurance
• Credit and Operations
• Pricing
• Mergers and acquisitions in financial services
Desired Skills & Experience:
Knowledge
• The position requires at least a post graduate qualification, either a Masters degree or MBA, preferably with an economics background
• The individual in this position should have the drive for continuous self-improvement and development
Experience
• 10 years of consulting experience, with exposure to managing teams of consultants, and in the origination of assignments within the banking industry
• 3 to 5 years project experience, including the management of strategy consulting projects, within the West African region and/or
• 3 to 5 years experience in the banking sector or a relevant position in the financial services industry
Personal competencies

• Strong organising, managing and controlling skills
• Good communicator, presents well, strong interpersonal skills
