Brazillian Luiz Razia will drive his maiden season in Formular 1 for the Marussia team in 2013.

The 23-year-old, runner-up in GP2 in 2012, partners Englishman Max Chilton at the back-of-the-grid team.

Razia was reserve driver in Marrussia's debut season in 2010 before spending two years in GP2 feeder series.

Team boss John Booth said: '' He is a very quick and tenacious driver. Along with Max, we are fielding a young but incredibly ambitious pairing ''.
