PRIMATE of Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), His Grace, Most Rev. Nicholas Okoh, has joined other prominent Nigerians in condemning the Abjua High Court judgment, which sentenced Mr. John Yusuf, who stole N23 billion from Police Pension Fund, to two years imprisonment with an option of N750, 000 fine, saying it was an encouragement to looters of government treasury.
