Valeo's client, a Chief Services Officer is urgently seeking a capable and proactive secretary to provide assistance in the following:
- General office clerical and administrative tasks
- Written, verbal, and telephonic communications
- Project tracking and implementation
Requirements
• For a candidate to be successful in this position, they must be flexible, demonstrate high levels of diplomacy and professionalism, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Must possess a can-do attitude and should be an independent worker who requires little direction.
• MUST maintain confidentiality and demonstrate the ability to deal with sensitive issues.
• Should be able to plan the work and work the plan, seek and accept responsibility, improve continuously, work in teams, communicate with flair and celebrate success.
• Knowledge of Procurement and Logistics policy and procedure is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma, MBA and/or formal secretarial training are required.
• Must be proficient in the use of Outlook & Microsoft Office products (including but not limited to Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
• Perfect English is a must.
• Knowledge of German, French or Russian is a plus but not obligatory.
