Southampton striker Tadanari Lee has joined his former club FC Tokyo on loan until the end of June. Lee, 27, was injured during pre-season and is yet to make a Premier League appearance this term.

He has played twice in the League Cup, scoring against Stevenage in August, while he also appeared in the 5-1 FA Cup defeat against Chelsea.

The Japanese international joined the club in January 2012 but has struggled with injuries while at St Mary's.
