The Chief Sates Officer is responsible for overseeing the dairy operations of the business development of Avian, as well as sole responsibility for marketing plans, sales strategy and driving sates volume for the company and the resultant outcomes.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• Postgraduate academic qualifications: such as an MBA from a top flight business school
• Good Tertiary Institution qualification in Business related field.
• 15 Years Post Qualification Experience in sales and marketing
• Strong market analytical skills
• Above average relevant computer skills with proficiency IMS word packages.
Desirable:
• Significant experience within a Sales environment in a multinational FMCG.
