Avian Specialties Nigeria Limited a private limited liability integrated poultry company located in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Reporting to the Managing Director this role involves taking the lead for planning, directing and coordinating human resource activities of Avian to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• Post graduate academic qualification such as MBA from a top flight school.
• University degree in Public or Business Administration, Human Resources Management; Business/Management; Psychology or other related discipline such as Law.
• At least 15years' experience, with a minimum of FIVE (5) continuous year's professional leadership experience in a senior management role in a reputable organization.
• Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; a good team player.
• Above average computer skills with proficiency with ail MS packages.
Desirable:
• Previous relevant multinational experience in human resource and/or professional services.
