Tottenham transfer target Sunday Mba has revealed he has been inundated with offers from Premier League clubs as he plots a move away from Nigerian side Warri Wolves.

Mba, who was the star of the Nigeria team that won the African Cup of Nations last month, is keen to move to Europe at the end of the season, and Spurs are known to be monitoring his progress.

The 24-year-old midfielder was said to have been picked up by Andre Villas-Boas' scouts at the tournament in South Africa, and the player has since confirmed he has received contract offers from various Premier League clubs.

It is thought Spurs are one of the sides to have made contact over a transfer, but Everton and Reading are other teams who have previously been linked.

'I won't lie, I have been inundated with offers from England, Spain, Italy and some other countries but I will not be hasty in reaching a decision now,' said Mba.

Warri Wolves have previously hinted thaey won't stand in Mba's way if he gets an offer to go to England, but they will demand a transfer in excess of £4million.
