The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested the son of a former governor of Kogi State, Prince Abubakar Audu, Mustapha Audu and his wife, Zahrah Audu over a N18 million property scam.
The couple-syndicate through their company, Constructors Guild Limited, obtained the money from one Nike Kolawole under the pretence of helping her secure choice properties in Katampe Extension, and Caemly Estate, Idu Sabo in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The commission said the duo will be arraigned today at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
