Job Summary:
• Generating business ideas and organising team to follow through from conception to planning and execution
• Creating and managing partnership platforms
• Organising and managing assets, including the brand equity, for a profit
• Creating and managing structures/processes for sustainable growth
• Providing direction for innovation and content development and strategies for delivery
• Providing leadership to make the company one of Africa's most profitable companies within two years
Qualifications:
• A good first degree in any discipline.
• A Masters degree, with experience in managing a medium sized start-up, will be an advantage.
