i. Contributing to the development of technical and financial proposals
ii. Ensuring that sites are visited and calculation of estimated cost of services
iii. Meeting with client and making presentations
iv. Ensuring in case of proposal won to contribute to a proper hand over to the Technical manager ( manager Engineering and QS)
