Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
• Oversee a variety of professional assignments to facilitate the completion of roads, building sites, recreational areas or bridges; and the completion of legal descriptions for the taking and marking of right-of-way.
• Coordinate findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project.
• Determine methods and procedures for establishing or re-establishing survey control.
• Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
Requirements:
1. Experienced Land Surveyor and must be registered and accredited with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria.
2. At least 6 – 12 years of general land surveying experience.
3. B.Sc degree is required with a major in surveying.A
4. Knowledge of physical quantity surveying for building & infrastructure work.
5. Knowledge of the principles and practices of land surveying.
6. Knowledgeable in land surveying, infrastructure, building drawing reading & drafting standards including solid
7. Ability to work without supervision and able to use modern survey equipment and interpret report (Real Time GPS).
8. Knowledge of other surveying softwares will be an added advantage.
