The Nigerian Institute of Medical Research Yaba-Lagos is a parastalal of the Federal Ministry of Health.
Salary Scale: (N4,233,344.00 x N113,207.00) per annum
Qualification and Experience:
• The candidate must possess a Ph.D in Medical Microbiology/Cell Genetics/Biotechnology or Biochemistry or an MBBS degree plus a registrable Post-Graduate Fellowship of the National or West African Post-Graduate Medical Colleges or its equivalent in and must have put at least four years as a Deputy-Director Research or on equivalent job grade in a Research/Academic Establishment. An MPH degree is an added advantage.
• There should be evidence of continued productivity and distinguished contribution to knowledge through research with at least thirty (30) publications in peer reviewed journals. Evidence of Administrative experience, competencies in computer application and ability /evidence of winning research grants ability will also be an added advantage.
