Job Title: Assistant Commercial Manager (RORO Line)

We are a Reputable Multinational Integrated Logistics Company and requires the services of qualified personnel to fill this position.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and winning new customers to expand Line's clients base
• Maintaining the existing clients through effective customer service / sales delivery
• Handling any customers complaints to a successful resolution
• Monitoring the market and reporting market activities
• Coordinating market activities between the Line and customers
• Monitor performance against EPI
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Must have experience in Sales/ Marketing in the Shipping Industry (RORO)
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• High proficiency in MS Office products
