As aFood & Beverage Hostess, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times in the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a proper reservation book, confirming reservations before the operation begins, greeting and escorting guests to the table. You will have a good knowledge of the restaurant's promotions and products and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises in order to maximise hotel sales.

Qualifications:
- Most have at least a Degree or Diploma Certification.
- Pleasant personality, presentable, energetic and service-oriented.
- Good understanding of the Hotel Industry standards, policies and procedures
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position from a reputable restaurant and or 4 or 5 star hotel property.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal, listening, writing)
- You must be proactive, adaptable team player who enjoys taking initiative to drive for results.
- Good understanding of the Hotel Industry standards, policies and procedures
- Experience in high-end city operation with multi unit F&B and large Conference & Event
- Pre opening experience a strong plus
- Eager to learn & progress, responsible with the willingness to take ownership
