We are currently recruiting our Director of Finance & Business Support
The role of Director of Finance and Business Support is responsible for the supervision of all members of the Accounting Department within the hotel
Key responsibilities of the role include: Achieve revenue targets,Beat the competition, Achieve profit targets and Operate efficiently.
Qualifications:
· A degree in Finance/Business and/or proven leadership and industry experience
· Typically 5- 8 years experience in Finance & Business support management with at least 3years in Finance leadership positions in hotels of international brand
· Good understanding of the local business and operation environments and markets
· Local or expat
· Service minded and ability to involve and support operations
· Business savvy and good people skills
· Experience in emerging markets / similar hard locations
· Visionary & strategic thinker and ability to convert this to action
