Super Eagles reject, Osaze Odemwingie has taken another swipe at his club West Bromwich Albion on Twitter.

Just as the Nigerian striker seemed to be settling back into life at The Hawthorns after trying to force a move to QPR in January, he has sparked a new rift.

Odemwingie is unhappy that he is being used as a substitute and only being asked to make brief appearances by Steve Clarke.

It was likely he would leave the club in the summer and now it is all but guaranteed.

He tweeted in mangled English: 'Keeping me on the bench now is worse than what they did on the 31st.

'New advisers told me to take say it's all my fault cos its better for me.'

He continued: 'If they like they shouldn't even give me 10 mins to play. Threatening to ruin my career? Career I closed already last summer? No harm to me.

'Want to treat me like an average player. The abuse and praise I get is it average? So get some extra from me too.'

On transfer deadline day Odemwingie drove to QPR's training ground in the hope that he could have a medical at the club and leave West Brom.

He has been given a mixed reaction by Baggies supporters at games since them, with some fans booing him but others getting behind him.

Odemwingie was fined £75,000 over of his conduct and has featured just four times since January 31, all as a substitute.

Clarke's West Brom side are eighth in the Premier League and just one point behind Liverpool after their 0-0 draw against Stoke at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday.
