TO furnish it with detailed information on their revenue profile, the House of Representatives Monday summoned the Group Managing Director of National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Andrew Yakubu and his Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) counterpart to appear before it unfailingly Tuesday.

The summon is sequel to the failure of   the Nigerian subsidiary companies that appeared before the House Committee on Finance to avail it with the requested financial details of their organisations.

The House of Representatives Monday frowned at the failure of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to remit N6 trillion into the Consolidated Revenue Fund (CRF), being the amount it generated between 2009 and 2012.

The House Committee on Finance led by Abdulmumin Jibril, which disclosed the position of the House at an investigative hearing with the agencies yesterday, foiled desperate efforts by NNPC officials to cover up the financial records of its 16 subsidiaries from being examined.
