Requirements:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field;
• Minimum 5 years' experience designing, managing & implementing results-based M&E activities (including for M&E role on USAID conflict program), & analyzing quantitative & qualitative data;
• Intemational development organization experience &k:llowledge of reporting procedures, best practices, guidelines & tools for monitoring & evaluation, especially impact evaluation, as well as OSG & other donor contract; cooperative agreements, and grant regulations;
• Excellent computer software skills in 'Excel & other data management systems; and
• Experience in sub-Saharan Africa, early warning systems and mobile data collection tools highly preferred.
General Requirements: Applicants must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, familiarity with USAID policies & procedures, & experience working in Nigeria.
