Job Description: Hard Core and well seasoned entrepreneur required to head up an operations team of merchandisers, Promoter and Field services in NIGERIA.
SKILLS required:
• Solid Business Accumen, good project management
• APPETITE FOR CHALLENGE,
• STRONG MS Excel
• MUST have worked and lived in an AFRICAN country
• Strong experience in management of multi-disciplined operation
• Keen on travelling throughout various African Countries
• Strong People managment (local to Nigeria) and the ability to mobilise and keep the work flow going
• Finding "Out-of-the-Box" solutions for logistics, time management, feasibility, able to keep a number of tasks flowing
Understanding of:
• Budgets and Forecasts
• KPI managment of the staff
• Performance Management of staff and also individual
• Tracking the success of a brand activation or promo
• Working with petty cash and ensuring that all the tools are available to staff (cell phones, Petty cash management, fuel).
• Presentation skills to clients and ability to "make things happen".
