Main Purpose: To manage Company's exposure to Key Distributors and ensure that agreed credit terms are adhered with. To determine book provisions for doubtful debts.
Main Accountabilities:
• Reconciles Sales and Debtors ledger with General ledger
• Manages established credit control policy, issues stop orders on defaulting distributors
• Determines and book doubtful debt provision on a monthly basis
• Initiates fund collection for due invoices
• Engages with bank on Key distributor's facilities and state of account
• Calculation of Rebates and quarterly incentives due to customer
• Circularises Key Distributor's Statement of Account on a monthly basis
• Attends to queries from Key Distributors and Customer Development team of state of Customer's account
• Takes responsibility of own development
