SERVICE DIMENSIONS
- Coordinate and supervise all maintenance and overhaul activities, develop and implement procedures, provide spare parts analysis, SAP analysis, undertake spare parts reception and supervise overhaul jobs in connection with all sites lifting, cranes and marine equipment
- Assistance to several fields.
ACTIVITIES
o To prepare all methods support and implementation of practice documents regarding preventative maintenance, inspections and testing to be performed on fleet cranes based on recognized best practice and applicable regulations
o To prepare and develop specifications for new cranes and lifting equipment based on recognized international standards
o Co-ordinate planned crane maintenance activities fleet-wide in conjunction
o Supervise & manage specialized crane maintenance vendors interventions and contracts (BLM, Hydralift, Aero, Sparrow, Mape) within SCM frame agreements (including technical scope of work) where applicable
o Implementation and assurance of company integrity management system compliance
o Liaise with classification societies/third party design offices where applicable
o Support Offshore installation for all related crane technical issues (specifically for new cranes, specification for upgrades and heavy lift works on cranes)
o Liaise with crane manufacturers when required
o Participate in and/or lead investigations for all crane related incidents across the fleet
o Interface with Offshore Resources HSEQ Department for all crane related issues
o Liaise with Offshore Staffing regarding all related training issues and certification for crane operators
o Supervision until completion of 5-year major overhauls in all JV Offshore cranes (based on Sparrow and CPLO reports)
o Follow spare parts stocks with Warehouse and Procurement:
For all cranes:?
- Review/Produce Maintenance Plan as per Vendor recommendations
- Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters
- Ensure equipments are certified by third parties.
For all Winches (Food, Turbines, boat, etc):?
- Review/Produce actual Maintenance Plan
- Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters
- Ensure equipments are certified by third parties.
For all Work boat, Survival Craft, Lifeboat, life rafts, davits:?
- Review/Produce actual Maintenance Plan
- Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters.
- Ensure equipments are certified by third parties.
o To assist sites with routine troubleshooting, local emergency procurements
o To assist Procurement Department with clarifications.
PROFILE OF TECHNICAL RESSOURCE
- Professionals with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering – essential; Specialization in Hydraulics – appreciated
- Professionals with ability to write technical specifications and reports on the basis of :
o Overall experience of at least 15 years
o Experience in the Oil and Gas industry with Offshore experience, worksite experience
o Technical knowledge and experience in hydraulic power transmission and control systems is critical
o Proven experience working with heavy machinery/equipment (lift cranes...)
o Extensive experience within maintenance, fault finding, build and procurement of equipment - Good English communication skills (fluent speaker)
