Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari believes the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ hosts are improving despite a modest showing against Russia on Monday in which the South Americans needed a late goal to earn a share of the spoils.

I do not think they are improving. I tipped them to get a win against Russia easily but they sruggled to get an underserving draw
