Title: Bill To Repeal NFA Act Passes Second Reading

The Senate has moved to legalise the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) by passing a bill to repeal the Nigerian Football Association (NFA) Act and enact the NFF Act.

Leading the debate on the bill, its sponsor, Senator Adamu Gumba, said it had become necessary to repeal the NFA Act because it had outlived its usefulness.
