Our client is a Professional Firm of chartered quantity surveyors, with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. The Firm steadily increasing volume of work has necessitated this move to urgently employ quantity surveyors, to strengthen the technical and professional base of the firm.
Requirements:
• A first degree in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of second class UPPER (honours) (or UPPER credit of Higher National Diploma);
• Full Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors or a Masters Degree in Construction Management (or related fields) will be an added advantage for interested candidates.
• A minimum of 1-YEAR post-Graduation experience. Our expectation is for quality work, experience gained in active/busy firms of Chartered Quantity Surveyors or in medium/large construction companies.
Salaries/Benefits: – Salaries arid allowances payable are competitive and negotiable. – In addition, accommodation in good locations of Abuja will be provided for successful candidates who may require it.
