The president needs to tell Nigerians the kind of pardon it has granted to the former governor of Bayelsa State and the 7 others.
This is the view of Mr Femi Falana, a senior advocate of Nigeria who spoke recently with our judiciary correspondent, Shola Soyele.
Mr Falana believes that those granted pardon can make a case for the recovery of their forfeited assets.
Beyond that however, he makes a case for the re-engineering of the Nigerian legal system.
