1. A degree or HND
2. A Masters Degree, preferably and MBA
3. Not less than 3 years experience in a Consulting/Training outfit
4. Knowledgeable and skilled in curriculum (content) development
5. Well developed consulting skills
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Strong research skills
8. Strong Leadership skills
9. Excellent presentation skills
10. Knowledgeable in training administration
11. Excellent proposal writing skills
12. Knowledge in strategy development and execution
Starting Salary: N960k to N1.2m. May vary depending on the value the candidate is bringing to the table.
Note: ACBSI operates performance-based pay system.
