Functional Role:
The Field Technician is responsible for the On-site Field Operation activities of the services(s) and/or resource elements in the Network, within his Functional Skill(s). The main activities are the following:
• Onsite Corrective, Preventive Maintenance
• Planned work
• Work Order handling
• Optional
• Team Leading
• Inventory & Spare part administration
• Dispatching
• Field Measurements
• Resource installation and integration
• Service Installation and Integration
Human Skill Requirements: Interpersonal communication, Cooperation, Problem Solving
Professional Skill Requirements: 2G, 3G, Transmission
Specific Competence:
Examples: – AXE, APZ, GPRS, UMTS – UNIX/WINDOWS
-SYBASE/ORACLE
-UNIX Scripting – Network protocol: IP, ATM – CSR, SMS tools – SDH e PDH – Radio
Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance.
