The recently launched LG Optimus G Pro (http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_optimus_g_pro-5254.php) has been enjoying quite warm reception in its home country. According to LG, its latest phablet has already managed to achieve half a million sales in just 40 days after its launch in Korea.

LG Optimus G Pro sports a huge 5.5" True HD IPS Plus display and features a 1.7 GHz Krait 300 Quad-core processor along with 2 GB of RAM, 13 megapixel rear camera with LED, 2.1 megapixel front facing camera, 32 GB in-built memory card. The phablet runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and is powered by a 3,140 mAh battery.
LG's latest achievement is in no small part due to its successful marketing and promotional strategy. LG allowed its Optimus G Pro potential consumers to try the device for a period of 30 days to get used to the size of the phablet and also its features.
