Job Description:
• Develop a prudent credit culture and excellent asset quality throughout the lending and underwriting activities of the bank and subsidiaries.
• Analyze on an on-going basis individual loan proposals both new and renewals from the various lending units in the bank and its subsidiaries.
• Approve appropriate facilities, risk mitigants, structures, terms and documentation for the bank's credits.
• Provide consultancy services on credit and policy issues to relationship officers and other internal functions as well as the bank's customers in concert with the relationship officers.

• Good knowledge of the bank's credit culture, policies and procedures
• Good product knowledge
• Good industry knowledge
