Job Title: RF Planner

Location: Nigeria

Recruiter: Hamilton Lloyd and Associates

Our client is the market leader in the telecom infrastructure provision sector in Nigeria. As part of their re-organization process, they seek to fill the position of a RF Planner.

Responsibilities:

•   Validating the fitment of company's Tower Portfolio with Major Operator's existing BTSs and Planned Nominal to enhance the collocation business.

•   Clutter Classification and distance wise analysis of each operator's nominal by using Google earth and Map Info Tool to finalize the sites that are suitable for B2S.

•   Regular meetings with customer to present RF analysis results and to have their future roll out plans.

•   Sharing the company's Tower portfolio with required GIS files to operators on monthly basis.

•   Analyzing the high leasing sites and critical sites for Collocation business scope.

•   Analyzing competitor's tower portfolio with company's site database to know their coverage holes and weak spots.

•   Identifying the Hot Spots for IBS and validating them for future tenancy scope.

•   Interacting with internal Roll out & SAQ team to help them in acquiring and finalizing options.

Minimum Education:

•   Bachelor's degree in Engineering .

•   Project Management Certification (preferred)

Experience: 6- 8 years experience
