Job Description: – Take ownership for HR services and drive significant change and tangible service improvements – Drive and manage the Group's strategic framework for locating, hiring, assigning and redeploying talents to job positions in a cost effective manner – Plan, Develop, Review And Ensure proper implementation of end to end Talent Management processes within the Group. – To cater for the entire framework through which the bank manages talent to ensure that quality and profitable employee are attracted to and retained for the Bank

Knowledge;
• Principles, policies and practices of personnel and human resource administration
• Demonstrated experience in strategic HRM
• Understanding of Human Resource intervention programs
• Understanding of HR legal compliance requirements

Others; – Minimum of a first degree (or its equivalent) in any Social Sciences Discipline. (HR Certifications & A Masters degree is Compulsory ) – Accreditation as a 'Certified Trainer' – Membership of a Global HR Professional Body e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SHRM. – At least ten (15-17) years cognate experience spanning across end-to-end Training Management, with at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity. – Extensive Project Management experience.
