The Chairman of the House of Representatives adhoc committee on the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB); Representative Ishaka Bawa, has stated that the committee will be holding public hearings across the six geopolitical zones to get the views of Nigerians on the bill.

Representative Bawa however assured that the committee would put the interest of Nigeria first when working on the Petroleum Industry Bill.
