Job description: The HRMS MEA Service Delivery Model Representative is a member of the Human Resources Management System team. HRMS is IBM's internal implementation of SAP for our core HR system. The SDM representative brings about organizational and functional alignment of the HR teams in the countries and region where we are implementing SAP. Through the use of task analysis, organizational design principles and change management practices, the SDM representative works with the region or country HR team to execute a project plan to design roles and jobs according to our HR service delivery model, move HR work to the right teams and validate the staffing level and skills needed before the launch of HRMS. This role works with a cross functional team that usually includes regional or country experts and global experts from each area of our HR service delivery model, including HR Partners, the Integrated Services Team, the functional design teams, HR Delivery and Global Process Services. An ideal candidate would have experience across multiple HR disciplines as well as business transformation or change management consulting experience.
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in HR processes and experience working in multiple HR disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in working with or for Global Process Services (GPS-D)
• At least 5 years experience in Business transformation, change management or organizational design
• At least 5 years experience in MS Office and Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years experience in SAP or other ERP system implementation and Project management or certification preferred
• English: Fluent
Preferred:
• At least 8 years experience in HR processes and experience working in multiple HR disciplines
• At least 8 years experience in working with or for Global Process Services (GPS-D)
• At least 8 years experience in Business transformation, change management or organizational design
• At least 8 years experience in MS Office and Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
• At least 8 years experience in SAP or other ERP system implementation and Project management or certification preferred
